The Ministry of Finance (MoF) has reopened an issue of 7-year Government Securities which was launched at the auction held on 27 January 2025. The issue is BGN-denominated, maturing on 29 January 2032, with an interest coupon of 3.25%.

The volume of the issue in circulation was increased by BGN 300 million at the auction held on 14 April 2025, reaching a nominal value of BGN 800 million. The annual weighted average yield reported at the auction is 3.51%.

The total subscribed amount reached BGN 495.4 million, which corresponds to a bid-to-cover ratio of 1.65. The spread reported as against the analogous German Bunds is 124 basis points.
