The Ministry of Finance has reopened a 7-year GS issue, which was placed on the auction held on 27.01.2025. The issue is BGN denominated, matures on 29.01.2032 and its annual interest coupon is 3.25%.

The issue was increased by BGN 100 million at the auction held on 24 February 2025, reaching BGN 400 million in nominal value. The annual weighted average yield recorded at the auction is 3.31%.

The subscribed amount totalled BGN 251.8 million, which corresponds to a bid-to-cover ratio of 2.52. The recorded spread to the analogous German Bunds is 99 basis points.
