Minister of Finance Vladislav Goranov requested from Alixpartners Services UK LLP to consent to the disclosure of the report on the assets of Corporate Commercial Bank AD (in bankruptcy) prepared by the company.

The international company was hired in June 2015 and engaged by the trustees of Corporate Commercial Bank AD (in bankruptcy) to conduct an investigation and to track out the assets of the bank whereof it has disposed in violation of the law and the good banking practices, as well as to recommend actions for their recovery.

"The public interest for making these conclusions known prevails, regardless of the concerns that the declassification of facts and circumstances from the report could infringe the process of collecting the bankruptcy estate of the bank", are Minister Goranov's arguments for the request.
