The Ministry of Finance announces a procedure for conclusion of a contract for the provision of procedural representation in the international arbitration case filed by “Nexo”

By an order of the Minister of Finance, a procedure has been announced for conclusion of a contract on "Procedural representation and legal advice on international arbitration case No. ARB/24/2, filed by "Nexo" AG, "ND EOOD", and "Mirastar" EOOD against the Republic of Bulgaria before the International Centre for Settlement of Investment Disputes".
All law firms can participate in the procedure, independently of whether their headquarters are located in the country or abroad.
The detailed conditions for application are published on the Ministry’s website in the section “Auctions and Procedures”, “Procedures outside the scope of the Public Procurement Act”.
