Further BGN 1,647,687 was paid under Operational Programme Administrative Capacity in the last month of 2011. BGN 1.4 million of them were paid for operations under the projects already approved. 5 contracts amounting to almost BGN 2.3 million were signed in December 2011, while 45 contracts totaling BGN 24.3 million are being signed.

56 procedures have been opened and 1,725 project proposals have been submitted from the start of the Programme until now. Grant contracts are 295, 133 of which in the non-government sector, 21 in the judiciary, 73 of central administration, 68 of local governments. The funds contracted under OPAC thus far amount to more than BGN 209, which is over 59% of the OPAC budget. The projects completed thus far are more than 200; the funds paid are around BGN 99 million or 28% of the overall programme budget. BGN 76.3 million have been verified, which is 21.5% of the financial plan and 36.4% of the cost of contracts signed.
