LATCHEZAR KRASTEV IS APPOINTED AS DEPUTY DIRECTOR OF THE BULGARIAN CUSTOMS AGENCY

An order of the Minister of Finance Petar Chobanov appoints Latchezar Krastev as Deputy Director of the Bulgarian Customs Agency responsible for customs regimes and procedures, tariff policy, excise duties and information systems.
Latchezar Krastev was born on 4 May 1969 in the town of Svishtov. He has graduated from the D. A. Tsenov Academy of Economics in the town of Svishtov. He gained his whole professional experience in the customs administration where he has worked ever since September 1991. He has taken the positions of customs policeman, customs inspector, chief expert at Customs Regimes and Procedures Directorate, head of sector, head of Customs Warehousing, Customs Supervision Warehouses, Free Zones and Free Warehouses Department, head of the Obelya Customs Office and head of Sofia-Iztok Customs Office to the Stolichna Customs House.
He has command of German and English.
