The expenditures certified in December 2014 by the National Fund Directorate of the Ministry of Finance total over BGN 890.5 million.

The Certifying Authority has prepared and sent to the European Commission 9 certificates, statements of expenditures and interim payment applications under the seven operational programmes co-financed by the EU Structural and Cohesion Funds for the programming period 2007-2013. This includes one certificate each for:

• Human Resources Development OP to the amount of BGN 57.8 million,
• OP Regional Development to the amount of BGN 278.9 million,
• OP Competitiveness to the amount of BGN 8.5 million,
• OP Administrative Capacity to the amount of BGN 14.5 million,
• OP Technical Assistance to the amount of BGN 12.9 million,

and two certificates each for ERDF and CF under:

• OP Transport to the amount of BGN 59.4 million for CF and BGN 50 million for ERDF,
• OP Environment to the amount of BGN 293.6 million for CF and BGN 114.9 million for ERDF.
