As of 30 May 2003 the consolidated fiscal program reports a surplus to the amount of BGN 618,282,500. The revenues amount to BGN 5,813,317,600, of which the tax ones for the period are BGN 4,482,808,900. The expenditures amount to BGN 5,195,035,100 and the most substantial sum thereof is for social expenditures and scholarships – BGN 2,049,492,500.

The Republican budget shows a surplus of BGN 609,720,900. The revenues thereto amount to BGN 3,626,362,800, and the expenditures – to BGN 2,206,487,900.

As of the same date Central Budget surplus is to the amount of BGN 396,125,600. The revenues thereto are BGN 2,951,742,800, and the expenditures – BGN 2,555,617,200.

As of 30 May 2003 the municipalities have a surplus of BGN 45,359,700; the revenues amount to BGN 576,218,800, net transfers are BGN 205,398,100, and expenditures – BGN 736,257,200.
