The budget balance under the Consolidated Fiscal Programme from January to end-November 2012 is negative, amounting to around BGN 128 million, show the preliminary data of the Ministry of Finance. The monthly estimates of the consolidated budget balance for November show a deficit to the amount of BGN 54 million. The fiscal reserve as of 30 November 2012 is forecasted at BGN 6.8 billion.
