Since the start of 2013, another BGN 23.7 million have been paid to beneficiaries under OPAC-funded projects. This accounts for 6.7% of the funds planned under the programme. Over BGN 157 million, or a total of 44.5% of the OPAC budget, have been paid since 2007 for activities already implemented. Contracts costing over BGN 15.7 million, or 4.5% of the Programme budget, have been approved in the first quarter of 2013. For comparison, 6.2% of OPAC funds were contracted during the whole of 2010. Contracts for over BGN 279.5 million, or 79.1% of the overall budget, have been signed since the launch of the Programme.
