Since the beginning of the programme period in 2007 till 28 November 2013 the funds contracted under Operational Programme Administrative Capacity (OPAC) amount to more than BGN 325 million, being 91.9% of the overall Programme budget. 86 procedures in total have been opened, more than 2,515 project proposals have been submitted and almost 800 contracts with central and local administrations, judicial system institutions and civil society structures have been concluded.

This year as of 28 November, almost BGN 54.6 million have been paid to OPAC beneficiaries which sum is almost equal to the BGN 59.6 million paid in the previous three years. Since the beginning of the programme period around BGN 188.4 million have been paid, this being 53.3% of the overall OPAC budget. In 2013 BGN 48.5 million expenditures have been verified and BGN 53.14 certified.

At the same time in attempt to satisfy the needs of beneficiaries for opening procedures on specific topics and as compensation for savings and financial corrections for errors under projects the OPAC Managing Authority is in a constant process of programming and contracting funds.
